ErgoLight® report delivery
Delivery method	The report will be stored for you in a secured directory on *ErgoLight* ftp server. You will receive an email message with a link to the home page and will access information, namely, a user id and a password.
Delivery dates	Typically, if the log file is in a standard format, the report will be delivered in 24 hours from order. Otherwise, the report will usually be delivered in a week from order.
Saving the report	The report will stored for you on *ErgoLight* ftp server for a week. During this week you can copy the report to your own storage. After a week, the report might be removed from the server, but a copy of them may be stored on our local computers for later retrieval.
