Room Discount Claim 

You are entitled to a discount of 5% of the accommodation. To get the discount do:

1. Receive a room confirmation

You need to make sure that the room is available and is reserved for you.

2. Fill in the following form:

Accommodation provider: name and address
 

Your contact details: name, phone and address
 

Your visit details: arrival and departure dates, number of guests/rooms
 

Your payment and the discount that you claim
 

Optionally, in case you need to rewrite the whole form:

On check in, you should present the printed copy of this page at the reception desk.
